We recommend that all delegates check the <a href=\"https:\/\/geoconsul.gov.ge\/en\/entering-georgia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Georgian E-Visa Portal<\/strong> <\/a>\u00a0to determine whether a visa is required for your visit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visa-Free Entry<\/strong>: Citizens of over 95 countries can enter Georgia without a visa for short stays (ranging from 6 months to 1 year). Please check if your country is included on the visa-exempt list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visa Application<\/strong>: If you need a visa, you can apply for an e-Visa through the official portal. Please ensure you submit your application at least 2 weeks before your planned departure date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Travel Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>International Travel<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Airport and Transfers<\/strong>: Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) is the primary entry point for international delegates, located 17 km from the city center. Taxis and ride-hailing services like Bolt are readily available at the airport, with fares to the city center averaging 25-30 GEL (\u20ac8-10). Shuttle services and airport transfers can be booked, with an average travel time of 20-30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public Transportation from the Airport<\/strong>: Bus route 37 operates 24\/7, connecting the airport to the city center, while train services run several times a day.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Local Travel<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Tbilisi has a well-developed public transport system, including buses, minibuses (marshrutkas), and metro services. The conference venue and main hotels are conveniently located near Rustaveli Avenue, a central area well-served by public transport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metro<\/strong>: Tbilisi has two metro lines connecting various parts of the city. A rechargeable metro card can be purchased at metro stations for convenient travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Buses and Minibuses<\/strong>: Buses and minibuses operate throughout the city.
