It offers practical strategies to safeguard cultural heritage, particularly in conflict-prone areas, with an emphasis on disaster response, community engagement, and crisis communication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The course will focus on five key topics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Disaster Risk Management and Emergency Preparedness<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Emergency Evacuation Procedures<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Documentation and Restoration Techniques<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>People-Centered First Aid for Cultural Heritage<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Crisis Communication<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Facilitators: <\/strong>The sessions will be led by experts from: <\/span><b>ICOM Europe, Blue Shield France, Blue Shield Georgia, Istituto Centrale per il Restauro (ICR), ICOM Italy \u2013 Working Group on Prevention, Security, and Emergency for Cultural Heritage<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants:<\/strong><br \/>\nA total of 22 specialists from Georgian museums and cultural heritage institutions will be selected to participate.
