From 25-27 November 2024<\/strong>, Tbilisi will host the ICOM Europe 2024 Training Course<\/strong> titled:
\n\u201cHeritage Resilience: Safeguarding Cultural Legacy in Crisis Zones.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The training course will involve representatives from museum and heritage institutions in Tbilisi and various regions of Georgia<\/strong>, as well as members of the National Guard of Georgia<\/strong>.
\nThe course aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of museum and heritage professionals in crisis management<\/strong>, emergency preparedness<\/strong>, and effective communication during crises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Participants will learn practical strategies for safeguarding cultural heritage, with a particular focus on crisis response, strengthening community collaboration, and improving communication during emergencies.<\/p>\n

      The ICOM Europe 2024 training course is part of a project funded under the ICOM SAREC Grant Program<\/strong>.
