We would like to inform you that ICOM National Committee in Georgia has developed a new version of the Committee’s statute, which must be approved by the General meeting of the Committee members.

ICOM Georgia invites you to participate in the general meeting of the committee members, which will be held on April 9, 10:00 a.m. (Please find appendix # 1 – Agenda in your mails). The place of the meeting will be announced one week before the meeting.

Please read the new version of the statute (Appendix # 2) and suggestions / comments related to it (if any) can be sent to the same e-mail address (icomgeo@gmail.com) before 18.00pm  on 1 April. The Board of ICOM Georgia will review all submitted proposals / comments and send the final version of the statue to you a week before the General Assembly.

We would like to inform you that the regular members can submit their candidacy for the membership of ICOM Georgia board from April 2 to April 7 via this link (https://docs.google.com/forms/)

If you would like to nominate your candidacy for the position of the chair, please submit your program / vision for the development of ICOM Georgia to the General Meeting on April 9, which will be introduced to the newly elected Board members.
