Visitors to Georgia may require a visa depending on their nationality. We recommend that all delegates check the Georgian E-Visa Portal to determine whether a visa is required for your visit.
- Visa-Free Entry: Citizens of over 95 countries can enter Georgia without a visa for short stays (ranging from 6 months to 1 year). Please check if your country is included on the visa-exempt list.
- Visa Application: If you need a visa, you can apply for an e-Visa through the official portal. Please ensure you submit your application at least 2 weeks before your planned departure date.

International Travel
Airport and Transfers: Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) is the primary entry point for international delegates, located 17 km from the city center. Taxis and ride-hailing services like Bolt are readily available at the airport, with fares to the city center averaging 25-30 GEL (€8-10). Shuttle services and airport transfers can be booked, with an average travel time of 20-30 minutes.
Public Transportation from the Airport: Bus route 37 operates 24/7, connecting the airport to the city center, while train services run several times a day.
Local Travel
Tbilisi has a well-developed public transport system, including buses, minibuses (marshrutkas), and metro services. The conference venue and main hotels are conveniently located near Rustaveli Avenue, a central area well-served by public transport.
Metro: Tbilisi has two metro lines connecting various parts of the city. A rechargeable metro card can be purchased at metro stations for convenient travel.
Buses and Minibuses: Buses and minibuses operate throughout the city. Payments can be made using a metro card (or local bank card).
